AllPhase Exterior Maintenance Services
Here at AllPhase, we realize the importance of regularly scheduled roof maintenance. We also understand that today's busy homeowner may not.
The number one nemesis to a roof is climate change. Throughout a typical season your roof will go through several
rapid temperature changes. During the winter, snow, ice and sleet will pound your roof. Tree branches made heavy by
the freezing rain will break off and come crashing down on your roof. The melting snow which begins to run through
your gutters and downspouts will freeze again overnight, causing your gutter system to freeze and burst apart.
During the summer, the extreme heat generated off of the suns rays will cause your roof to fade. The heat causes your
roof to dry out, and become brittle. Heavy rain storms cause branches and leaves to fill and clog your gutters, which
eventually begin to overflow and run down the side of your home.
Many customers have begun to realize the importance of having yearly roof maintenance performed. It can extend the life
of your roof for many years and save you substantial sums of money in the process. By identifying and repairing minor
roof problems before they become major ones, AllPhase Exteriors can keep your costs down. In order to provide you with
the peace of mind of a safe and secure roof system, we offer two levels of maintenance services:
Gutter Cleaning Service
With this service, AllPhase Exteriors will ensure all gutters and roof surfaces are cleaned of leaves and debris. We will
clean and flush all downspouts as needed, and replace any missing gutter clips and outlet strainers. This service will be
completed twice yearly; once in the Spring and once in the Fall.
Inspection & Maintenance Service
With this service, AllPhase Exteriors will inspect all your roofs, chimneys, flashings, gutters and downspouts. We will
complete a 20-point checklist reporting the current condition of your roofing system. In addition, AllPhase Exteriors will
make any needed minor repairs. If extensive work is needed, it will be reported to you immediately followed with a timely
estimate. This service will be completed once yearly, and you are not required to be home when the inspection is done.
